I'm anti Nagin. I think that he failed the people of his city miserably during the crucial few days before Katrina hit.

Nagin, boviously, doesn't give a damn. I mean, the people he offended probably didn't give a damn about him when his shit was under water. Now they want his shit as soon as it dries off.
If he didn't mention "Chocolate City" it probably would silently become "Vanilla."
And why is "Chocolate City" racist now? DC has been called "Chocolate City" and Bush parlays there(?)...
And back in the day, there used to be a club out here called "Chocolate City." I used to go there all the time. It was off the chain.
